If you made a request through the Fundraising Preference Service to stop a charity contacting you, but you're still hearing from them, we can help. But we ask that you wait 21 days from the date you first made your request before contacting us again.

If you made your request more than 21 days ago, please enter your reference code below. We sent it to you when you made your initial request. For security, we'll then need to send you a confirmation code and ask you to enter it before we're able to follow up on your request.
